Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We always do our best to offer the best price on our merchandise, however several factors such as the U.S. Dollar, metal fees (gold, silver), shipping fees, etc. can change the cost of merchandise on a daily basis. We are always looking to offer the best prices to our customers - if we can find it for a lower price we will pass that savings on to you.
Discounts
Most of the items we carry are discountable using the chart shown below. A few of the items we carry are not discountable and are noted throughout the catalog in red lettering. Eggs are discounted by the quantity you order.

5% $35.00-$49.99
10% $50.00-$74.99
15% $75.00-$99.99
20% $100.00 or more
Back Order Policy
If we run out of stock on an item you have ordered we will place it on back-order for you and ship it out to you when the item comes in. If you do not wish to have us back-order any items, please check the box on your order form indicating you want the item cancelled.
Postage
We always attempt to ship your items to you in the most cost effective manner. We do not inflate postage or add any handling charges to your order. Whatever it costs us to ship the package to you is exactly what you pay. We use the U.S. Post Office or United Parcel Service - if you have a preference for one service or the other, please let us know.
Payments
We accept checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard. If ordering by credit card, please be sure and indicate the full account number and expiration date.
Refunds/Exchanges
We do our best to make sure that merchandise is sent to you exactly as ordered. Occasionally we may make a mistake in packing your order, or merchandise may be damaged during shipping. Please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order with any claims you may have and we will make it right by you.
Gift Certificates
We carry Gift Certificates that can be purchased in any denomination. Please be sure and include the recipients address that you would like it mailed to.
